Applying to St. Pius V School
Download the Application for Admission here. Students are admitted to Saint Pius V School at the discretion of the administration. Saint Pius V School admission policy prohibits discrimination against students on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin. |

Preference is given to parishioners and Catholics. The principal will interview the families of all new applicants. The pre-kindergarten and kindergarten teachers will meet with prospective new students to assess each child’s abilities and readiness skills. The following documents are required for all new students:
Registration for new students takes place during Catholic Schools Week in January. Registration dates are announced each year in the church bulletin. Special notices are sent home and public advertisements run in the diocesan and local papers. When classes reach maximum size, registrants’ names are put on a waiting list. In the admissions process, registrants are admitted in order of the following preferences: faculty and staff’s children, siblings who are parishioners, non-parishioner siblings, parishioners, children of alumni, children from other parishes, and finally non-Catholics.
